I've been taking this supplement for two weeks and am already feeling the benefits! I went from sleeping four hours per night to sleeping a sound eight hours. My energy level has increased and my blood pressure has definitely decreased. I used to get headaches every afternoon because of high blood pressure. Best sleep ever

I bought this after hearing Magnesium helped with anxiety. I bought it again after my spouse and I found the best sleep of our lives! Two capsules 30 minutes before bed and you can feel the relaxation come over you. No tummy troubles, no side effects. Do give yourself plenty of time to actually sleep though. You can feel groggy if you take it too late or have to wake up too soon. Worth every penny! Pills are a little large and float when you try to swallow.

Best of Blend Magnesium

I spent a while researching which were the best types of magnesium. Research showed the different formulations each work to different ends. This blend seemed to hit the target areas I was looking for. That includes a deeper sleep when going to sleep. I'll aim to update this review pending further testing. So far I have had no adverse reactions and seems to be helping with stamina and energy.

quality of product

My doctor told me to start taking magnesium since I am low on it. Bought this few weeks ago and I have less night time leg cramps and seen to sleep better. Had appointment with my doctor today and took the bottle with me to ask him if this was ok take, he approved it and said yes this is good to take.

I'm pleased. It's working for me

Well first off I have to say it eliminated my night leg cramps so far, where other forms of magnesium did nothing for it, some others even made the cramps worse. I take it at night like they suggest and I do believe it helps with my sleep and keeping me a little calmer.
